Our process
-
Survey Design
Our experts consult with your school’s leaders to understand your goals and challenges. We co-design research methods and instruments to gather qualitative and/or quantitative data to assess your school climate and measure progress, relying heavily on a nationally recognized 45 question school climate survey.
-
Data Collection
Ideally led by a student team and in cooperation with your communications team, we educate your community about the importance and reasoning behind the survey. Then, we manage the entire process of collecting and organizing the survey data from students, parents, and faculty.
-
Data Analysis
Our statisticians collaborate with your students, faculty, parents and administrators to identify strengths and areas of need for improvement from the data. We give you access to statistical tools and national benchmarking, delivered by career educators who make sure everyone’s voice is represented.
-
Action Plan
We co-create recommendations and action plans to build on your organization’s strengths and assets and to address the needs indicated by your data. We help you present your survey results and action plan based on the conclusions of the data analysis and the suggestions of students, parents, faculty, and administrators.
